
Co-hosted by President Biden, the State Department and the City,the Summit will bring together Heads of States with a focus on “Building a Sustainable, Resilient and Equitable Future” for the countries of North, South and Central America and the Caribbean.
The Summit is the only convening of its kind in the hemisphere promoting regional cooperation and addressing the most pressing issues in the Americas. It is also an opportunity for Los Angeles to elevate its position as a leader on the world stage as home to the largest Hispanic/Latino community in the United States. The Summit will also bring extensive economic activity to LA.
More than a thousand attendees from across the hemisphere are expected to attend the summit as well as sessions for civil society organizations, representatives of indigenous communities, civic leaders, business executives, and young entrepreneurs.
