Zoe Melczer
Vice President of Development
Zoe Melczer is the Vice President of Development at the Mayor’s Fund for Los Angeles. She brings nearly 20 years of nonprofit experience in fundraising, project management and event coordination. Prior to joining the Mayor’s Fund, Zoe led the Los Angeles and national philanthropic strategies for College Track, the most comprehensive college completion program in the country. She previously worked in development, talent management and operations at the Partnership for Los Angeles Schools, an in-district public school transformation effort driving educational equity across the city. As a third-generation Angeleno, Zoe is inspired by the holistic array of services the Mayor’s Fund offers to enhance the lives of community members within her hometown. Zoe holds a bachelor’s degree in metropolitan studies and Spanish from New York University and a Masters of Public Administration with a focus in nonprofit management from University of Southern California.
